I didn't get on line last night, I went to sleep with my kids:) But here is how yesterday went...
I enjoyed:
1qt water w/lemon
1quart melon juice (I think it was called a 'Santa clause' melon , sooo good!)
1c coffee
1qt pineapple, lettuce, cucumber, celery juice
lots o water
1qt cucumber, carrot, beet, apple, lettuce juice
1qt chard, celery, cucumber, apple, cilantro
bee pollen, msm, 2tbs flax oil, spirulina
I dry brushed in the morning and oiled up:) We went to the beach and on a short walk through a beautiful eucalyptus forest. I stretched and meditated a little on the beach while my family played in the waves. I didn't drink much while I was out only because I have to pee like every 20 minutes:) I felt really good all day, which was a surprise on day 2, but in the late afternoon my energy left and I felt the need to rest. It took me a long time to fall asleep but just laying there felt nice. I was craving fats in the evening (like nut butter or avo) but had a couple tsp of cinnamon flax oil and it actually helped! Overall today went great!
