It's late & I'm tired so this is going to be brief:)
Today I enjoyed-
1qt cantaloupe juice
1c coffee
1 pint grape, cucumber, celery juice
1 pint apple, cucumber, chard, lettuce, zucchini juice
It was hot again, so didn't drink as much juice. Feeling good, rested during the day & in the mood to 'organize' tonight:)
Oh, and this morning I weighed 234lbs (-11lbs) !!! Good start!
