Today I enjoyed-
1qt cantaloupe juice
1pt grape, celery, cucumber juice
1qt orange juice, coconut water blended with ice
msm, bee pollan
I'm still having trouble drinking enough juice and I didn't drink my green juice today. I did great all day, but in the evening I really struggled...I'm still hearing the faint calls of my homemade pizza, now chillin in the fridge!
I still cook a lot for my family and usually it's not that hard. Tonight I made homemade pizza with spelt foccacia (sp?) crust, homemade vegan pesto, and lots of garden veggies. And sun dried tomatoes. Yum. I made this last week and had no problem resisting, but I have been struggling tonight! I drank my juice outside while my family ate, which was a nice break....but throwing away the left overs off my kids plates was hard!! I normally would have eaten there left overs, no matter how full I was. So I don't think I'll be making pizza again while fasting. I did start my period tonight, so maybe that has something to do with this sudden short sited weakness!? So I'm off to clean the kitchen and then to bed!
