Day 4-
Yesterday I enjoyed-
1qt melon juice
1 coffee
1c veggie broth
1qt cucumber, apple, celery, chard, celery, lettuce juice
1qt same juice
msm, spirulina, b-complex
Dry brushed, netti pot, saline enema. Felt ok today, but I was busy and my mind was a bit out there, very forgetful. I had a bad sinus headache, but my husband gave me a message and it went away! yay! I resisted yummy Mexican food tonight that my family ate:) My hunger is pretty much gone, and the mental hunger has not been to strong.
Day 5-
I enjoyed:
1qt cantaloupe juice
1qt green juice
1qt orange juice & coconut water blended with ice and vanilla extract
This morning I broke our French Press, so no coffee today. Maybe it's a sign:) It is the 3rd one I've broken! I also napped for 3 hours with my 2yo, so I drank less then usual. It was nice:) Now I'm staying up late cooking for my family since it's been so hot during the day...baked yams, making spelt bread, and maybe some zucchini bread. Surprisingly, it's not that hard to cook and not eat it, as long as I don't taste it I'm good:) Felt pretty good today, a bit grouchy in the evening.
