I recently started dry brushing and I LOVE it. At first I wasn't so sure it was doing much, but after about a week my skin felt softer and my 'problem areas' like my upper arms which are always bumpy, were smooth!!
It is best to do it first thing in the morning before a shower and put on body oil after ( I use Aura Glow or coconut oil), it also makes me feel more awake, like it wakes up my whole body. I bought my brush at whole foods for $6 or so. Here is a general video on how to do it, there are lots of videos and websites on it if you want more info:)
